Instant Messaging Anwendungen ermöglichen den Austausch von Präsenzund Verfügbarkeitsinformationen sowie das Abhalten von spontanen Online-Konversationen. In diesem Beitrag berichten wir über eine Befragung zum Verhalten von Anwendern, leiten daraus Anforderungen für die adäquate Unterstützung für gemeinsame Logins ab und präsentieren mit PRIMIUnite ein Konzept und eine Implementation zur eleganten gemeinsamen Nutzung von Instant Messaging Logins.
